Last Year's Reindeer Run Sprinted to Success

Cold and drizzly weather could not keep a record number of runners from racing with Santa and running away from the Grinch.

Thank you to all the runners and their supporters plus our volunteers and sponsors for making this year's run a special part of the Flower Mound holiday season.

The Reindeer Run is a gently sloping, stroller capable, chip timed run through the trails of Heritage and Bakersfield parks in south Flower Mound. The kid-friendly Grinch Sprint is a 1 mile run for kids.

This event is a part of the Town Christmas program and 100% of the income from this run supports our local and international charity work.

Flower Mound Rotary's 2024 Annual Grants Distribution
June 13th was a great day for the Flower Mound Rotary Club. We honored community organizations, providing them with donations to continue their mission of serving others. We had 39 Denton County non-profits apply for grants and ended up donating to 11 of them.  It was hard to limit the number, there are so many worthy organizations in our area doing great things.

Each year we raise funds at our Reindeer Run and Grinch Sprint to help our community. In the last three years we have given $265,000 to local, national and international organizations.

Our work continues to make a significant impact in people's lives which only motivates us to continue raising funds and recognizing worthy non-profit organizations.

The non-profits we chose this year are:
