Flower Mound Rotary Club Empowers Local Nonprofits Through Grants and Holiday Spirit

In a powerful demonstration of service above self, the Flower Mound Rotary Club has once again stepped up to support the heartbeat of the community—its nonprofits. Through its annual grant program, the Club awarded funding to a diverse group of organizations that are making a tangible difference in the lives of children, families, and individuals across North Texas.

This year’s grant recipients represent a wide spectrum of missions, each addressing critical needs with compassion and innovation:

🏃‍♂️🎄 Powered by the Reindeer Run

These grants are made possible through the Flower Mound Rotary Reindeer Run, a beloved annual tradition that combines holiday cheer with community impact. Scheduled for Saturday, December 6, 2025, the event features a chip-timed 5K through the scenic trails of Heritage and Bakersfield Parks, plus a kid-friendly Grinch Sprint for younger participants.

All proceeds from the Reindeer Run go directly to supporting local and international charity work. Participants enjoy festive perks like hot chocolate, pancakes, and photo ops with Santa and the Grinch—making it a fun and meaningful way to kick off the holiday season.
